UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

Our 5K course takes advantage of the natural terrain on the
468-acre campus of Seamark Ranch in Green Cove Springs, FL.
Mudders navigate ponds, berms, pits, a rope web, a dip into
Black Creek, and a 100-foot slippery slide down Prayer Hill.

Following the 5K, there is a 1-mile FUN RUN suitable for families and young children. Parents may accompany their children at no charge.

5K MudRun - sign up for 1 of 8 waves

8:30am - "I plan to run as fast as I can!"
8:45am - "What's my time? What's my time?"
9:00am - "I'm pretty darn fast."
9:15am - "Don't slow everyone else down..."
9:30am - "I'm just here to have fun."
9:45am - "My team made me do this..."
10:00am - "I'm stopping for obstacle pics...25 times."
10:15am - "I'm probably walking some..."

11:00am - 1-mile FUN RUN
